Build a Quote

1. **New Quote** → pick customer.
2. Load a template (Residential shower, Commercial storefront, etc.) or start blank.
3. Add line items with glass dimensions and thickness — the system computes area, cost, and margin.
4. Set a discount if needed. Nevada sales tax (8.375%) is applied automatically.
5. If total ≥ **$5,000**, it routes to a Manager. ≥ **$15,000**, to the Owner.
6. Once approved, click **Send** to email a branded PDF.
